Nelson’s Ice Cream began in Stillwater in 1923, and expanded to Saint Paul in May 2014, bringing with it its broad pallet of over 40 tasty flavors, “monster scoops” and for the truly brave, the Lumberjack, consisting of five scoops of ice cream so gargantuan (softball-sized) that if you can finish it by yourself, you will earn a spot in the store's "Hall of Fame."
