Everybody loves food that comes in its own wrapper. Learn to make Italian calzone, Chinese potstickers and Vietnamese spring rolls, with both meat and vegetarian fillings. Take home leftover samples, too. Wear comfortable closed-toed shoes (you'll stand) and bring a chef's knife. A food fee of $10 per person is payable to the instructor. Ages 8 and up with an adult; one child per adult.
