Join Neighbors, Inc. for their 7th annual Great Neighbor's Duck Races on Saturday, October 4th from 11am - 3pm during On The Road Again in South St. Paul. Free family-friendly event. Watch rubber ducks race down a water chute. Duck-themed crafts and games. Food, music and kid's activities as well. Ducks can be adopted in advance or day-of for $5 each. Race winners receive prizes. Grand prize is a pair of airline tickets.
