High-energy doo-wop group the Alley Cats deliver harmonies, humor and good cheer in their new holiday show, A Doo-Wop Christmas. Formed at Fullerton College in 1987, the Alley Cats are one of a cappella's most prominent groups, sharing stages with the likes of Jay Leno (they're currently Leno's opening act at the Mirage in Las Vegas), Rascal Flatts and the Beach Boys, and even performing pitch-perfect tunes at the White House. For this show, the talented quartet breaks out crowd-pleasing four-part doo-wop arrangements of Christmas ditties, including "Let It Snow,""White Christmas,""Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Blue Christmas" -- along with jolly jokes, festive costumes and some smooth dance moves.
