Ethnic Foods Company

Ethnic Foods Company is outside of the Twin Cities area, but worth the trip for the variety of Indian and international ingredients and the delicious cooking classes offered in the store.  The store has expanded in different directions including a CSA, restaurant and cafe, and cooking classes, all centered around creating a space to have fun and invest in health.  The website can be overwhelming with options so keep it simple and pick a cooking class (Thai, Indian and Mexican were all very good) and then stop by the store for a few spice blends or food items.  Owner Kavita has much to teach and share!
